Primary Produced Water Treatment

 

The primary treatment of produced water in itself involves multiple technologies – from upstream sand removal utilising solid/liquid hydrocyclones at wellhead conditions through multi-phase separators and collection vessels to further solid/liquid and liquid/liquid hydrocyclones.

 

Our deoiling and desanding hydrocyclones use the latest technologies to provide you with produced water treatment equipment that can withstand severe conditions and give you outstanding performance.

 

We produce two phase (gas/liquid) and three phase (gas/oil/water) vertical separators (also known as free water knockout separators) to international standards.  The liquids (oil and water) leave through different valves at the bottom of the vessel.  Gas leaves from the top of the vessel. 

 

We also produce corrugated plate interceptor for bulk removal of oil in water. This CPI remove majority 80% of the bigger oil droplets before going for secondary treatment. This reduced the load on the secondary or tertiary treatment system.
